Multi-Language Short Story Markets
For a list of valid international markets by country that accept submissions of sci-fi, fantasy or horror in English and translate them for publication, see Doug Smith's Foreign Markets List.
This page lists markets by language, and includes all the magazines, webzines, blogs etc. I've discovered, whether or not they accept submissions in English, including those that are now closed but where their website is still active, and some I've read about but can't find, and some that are literary magazines rather than specifically for speculative fiction.
All information is correct as far as I know, at the time of writing. Please get in touch and let me know if you have any information about any of these markets, or any others I haven't yet discovered.

The Pink Hydra - South African Speculative fiction magazine that publishes mostly in English but also in Afrikaans. Doesn't translate.

Letrare - Literary magazine. Translates stories from other languages, but not specifically SF. Queried June 2024. Editor confirmed they do not translate unsolicited stories.
