As usual, despite the fact that I'm still in the middle of my novel and also currently in the middle of a fairly lengthy collaborative story that has now reached novelette length, I had to stop to write something else.
I've had the idea for National Go To Work Day fermenting in my head for quite a while, and it came to fruition this weekend. I typed it up in under an hour - around 1000 words. It's a satirical look at society in a similar vein to A Word in the Right Place. I'll be sending it out this week after proof-reading and polishing.
