I've recently joined the Planeta SF Yahoo group, an Argentine-based multilingual forum for the international SF community. The first weekend I received 28 emails, most of them in Spanish, and was tempted to unsubscribe.
Among them, however, was the information about the 'String Thoery' anthology (see below), and today information about Efemeres, a Spanish language ezine that accepts English submissions of flash fiction. I've submitted my 78 word story The Last Adam to them, and passed the information on to the Foreign Markets List, another useful group to which I subscribe.
There are plenty of people out there with lots of useful information, if only you know where to look.
